      Pros

      Company has been on an upswing in the last year or two, great YoY growth, and retention is a top priority so we have more resources to do our jobs. The people in CS are great: down to earth but ambitious

      Cons

      AI has made differentiation so crucial but so confusing. The pace at Gong just keeps ramping up somehow. It’s really difficult to keep up with everything. Not a job you can coast in.

      Amazing company to work at, it's definitely hard work but it's worth it on a sales and monetary perspective.

      You wear a LOT of hats and have a ton of responsibilities.
