SOP is strict, be sure to follow. Pay quite low compared to other bubble tea shop. Depends on which outlet, but they limit 1-2 workers daily to minimise the manpower. Super angry about this: I was going to return the apron as I resigned to get back the $19 deposit. I make my way to the office end up the management said I got to wash it? Excuse me, even if I washed it, you are gonna give my used apron to the next employee? Would you trust my washing and not wash it when u received it? So end at end of the day you are still gonna wash it right? What’s the point of making me wash especially when I already made a trip down to the office? Extremely ridiculous management.
