      I got a free bubble tea.

      The company fired me without any wrongdoing on my part and was unwilling to pay my one-week notice pay. I was only able to recover the money through the Fair Work Ombudsman. keeping distance from this company. From what I later found out, the reason for my termination was that the boss's relative wanted my position.

      Not enough hours, they need to fix that. Not enough employees working on the same shift that leads to burnout and stress. Gongcha corporation in North America is now making everything unreasonable for employees to do their task.
