Constant late pay checks, severely understaffed. Large amount of staff turnover (7 employees quit in 2021 and started the year with 8). Products are priced to undercut the competition, but quality of work is effected because workloads are so high. Benefits were promised within a time frame and were not executed. Proposed raises were not given as discussed. High stress environment for customer facing employees as you're required to make up constant excuses as to why things aren't being done on time.
