      Pros

      Pretty Independent and not very strict. Some staff members truly care for the residents. Rewarding to see residents happy.

      Cons

      Sticky floors and surfaces, occasional foul odor. Some of the caregivers are too harsh when talking to or handling residents. Favoritism amongst case managers.

      Pros

      It was very hard for me to leave because I loved management and sometimes I wish I could go back because it was never about a paycheck for me because I bonded with most of the guys there. Ssi m made me not able to work there which in turn made me so sad.

      Cons

      Nothing to say but I had to travel so long to get ther from the south side of Chicago. Also I ended employment on 2008

      Pros

      The care team in lower management and staff are friendly

      Cons

      They don't follow state protocol, they implement improper/outdated training, they make you sign something authorizing them to debit employees' account, my first day they didn't even have working bathrooms in the entire building, require 1 hour unpaid break
