Working with families at their kids parties was nice to see the kids happy.

Maybe lots of teens working there/immaturity … ideal job for first job/learning experience & gaining experience.

Very flexible scheduling and overall positive environment and atmosphere amongst departments and coworkers.

Cons

During off-peak seasons, there are fewer hours available. Management, at times, may be very picky and rigid. The facility is a bit run-down, especially in the arcade, resulting in a subpar experience for guests.
