      Commission for any new clubs sold Good management (obviously varies by location) Great conversations with customers if you enjoy golf

      Cons

      Cleaning the store and folding clothes can be tedious Some of the more fun stuff (pro shop, club fitting) requires a year or so of seniority with the company
