Pros
The job can be easy if you want it to be and employees can enjoy benefits of opportunities for discount and occasional testing use of putting and hitting facilities as well as use of service shop for simple services (loft and lie, grip, shaft shortening)
Cons
The company is disconnected from the store itself, which often leads to unneeded and cumbersome problems with customers. The standard employee discount particular for golf is fairly low and in the cashier part of the job sometimes you will deal with a lack of support to keep customers moving out of the store quickly.
