Pros
At my specific location we have a great mostly positive group of employees. Management is helpful and the best of anywhere I have worked. However, this can drastically differ location to location.
Cons
As a club fitter, I am not incentivized at all for the club fitting process or for any items in the store other than brand new clubs.
