Pros

It is so rewarding to be a part of a company that strives to help people grow in their careers.

Cons

We are a fully remote team so I sometimes miss the daily face time you get in an office setting. But we make up for it with monthly in-person meetings and quarterly social events!

Pros

In addition to my recruiting responsibilities, I love that I get to coach job seekers and volunteer in the community as part of my role at Goldstone. Everyone I work with, management included, is committed to my success and the success of the company. My co-workers are all fantastic people and I enjoy the time we get to spend together outside of the office at team off-sites.

Cons

I generally like working remotely, but sometimes you miss the face to face. interaction.
