None that I can think of

-small company feel -not a cut throat consulting environment -great place to get quick hands-on project experience -market rate starting salary but poor salary growth

-narrow client base leads to limited experience -limited growth. 5+ yr employees still doing project work. Time better spent at larger firms. -Company leadership has good intentions but no follow through
