Pros

The training was only 2 days. Immediately put on the phone after that...It was a sink or swim situation. I only made two checks over $1000 during my 90 days with the company...The Leadership Team did not seem to be cohesive or on the same page most of the time. The funding of deals was very sporadic with only a few funding specialists consistently getting their deals funded!

Cons

In my interview with the owner I was told I could make up to $25,000 a month with residuals after 30 days. The income earning potential is grossly exaggerated by Leadership in their interviews of potential job candidates. Consequently, the turnover rate is very high! Most candidates quit before completing two weeks on the floor. I lasted 90 days by the Grace and Mercy of God. I quit because the Manager created a hostile work environment.
