      Pros

      Monthly training, yearly uniform purchases, health insurance buyback, decent compensation package. They treat you pretty good here, not just a number like other companies.

      Cons

      Rough neighborhood surrounds the complex. It is gated though so unauthorized entry is very difficult. There are shootings monthly within a block or two.

      Not a lot of politics People are easy to get along with Free lunches every day Room to grow and learn

      Pros

      It will start out nice and then the goal posts will move and expectations will also. Ownership changes their mind midway through a project and then blames you for the outcome. So the Pro is ownership will know who you are.

      Cons

      The owners are spoiled children with no respect for hard working people. Don't get pregnant, sick, or request a vacation.
