- free concert and festival tickets - great job that helps you understand the industry as a whole since you work with so many different people (agents, artist managers, artists, labels, etc.) - can make a lot of connections (if you put yourself out there/take advantage of the opportunities you have) - caring coworkers - hybrid
Cons
- low pay, no raises - overworked and underpaid - lack of work-life balance - upper management has favoritism which reflects in promotions - being micromanaged - cliquey
