Pros
Good job to learn and grow when fresh out of college. Get all government holidays and travel per diem. Not a difficult job, but can be tedious.
Cons
Pay. This is a very profitable company and despite the fact that they continually expect more from their employees they will not compensate you for any extra responsibilities you take on. Lots of nepotism, and several incompetent people in management.
