      Pros

      Great office (especially for IT people), a wide range of opportunities and fantastic people. On top of that elastic working hours and a great workplace with a MacBook, 24" Dell monitor and Playstation. :)

      Cons

      A high technical debt and poor testing environment. On top of that not the highest salaries on the market.

      Pros

      You have lots of Freedom and Responsibility, and company value ”Say what You think” is treated seriously. The people who work there are phenomenal, and office space make you feel at home. You will work with most recent technologies.

      Cons

      There are very few tech leaders, and there's a gap in salary for junior developers.
