Pros

Company has great benefits and good business model

Cons

If you are not on the IT executive team, then you will be singled out and pushed out of the company. All her lies and manipulation of processes are known to HR but lame HR is scared to take any actions. Every now and then GSF associates are stating the facts through the associate survey and Glass door. Executive management doesn’t care about associates and manages her team with fear, apathy, deception and does not trust them. Security in GSF can be compromised so easily but she keeps giving wrong examples to management to prove herself correct. Most of the associates are stressed out and being questioned if they are not her team. The culture at GSF has drastically changed ever since the new management has taken over the IT department. She limits an employee's ability to perform to their level best and tries to take over every meeting. In addition, a "one size fits all" management style is followed. The job of a good leader is to make sure that a team is properly aligned on its mission, and has the resources it needs to achieve that mission, nothing of that sort is appreciated here at GSF. The leader doesn't lead by example and is only constantly focused on blame, rather than solutions and support, it is all about a sense of entitlement rather than a sense of duty.

Pros

I like the people I work with

Cons

Company is not what it used to be under Mark Wetterau. Now with Lindsey Goldberg as the new owners, I feel like I have to walk on egg shells. The gap between the execs and everyone else makes us feel like they are entirely different people. Never thought GSF is just another stepping stone to a better company.no room for growth what do ever unless you know someone or work under the right executive.
