Pros

Can't think of one outside of honey baked ham and $50 gift card for Christmas.

Cons

Once upon a time, Creed & Value was something to be proud of at GSF, but the last few years, especially in IT, it no longer applies after the new IT management team joined in 2017. 1. Pros

I like the people I work with

Cons

Company is not what it used to be under Mark Wetterau. Now with Lindsey Goldberg as the new owners, I feel like I have to walk on egg shells. The gap between the execs and everyone else makes us feel like they are entirely different people. Never thought GSF is just another stepping stone to a better company.no room for growth what do ever unless you know someone or work under the right executive.
