Pros

Convenient location for commuting by public public transit . You'll feel a sense of purpose and that you are among people who care about the students they serve. A new president took office which has many people more hopeful than they were a year ago,

Cons

Notice how GGU's earlier reviews were for the most part positive, but in 2013 they switched to being very negative and even somewhat hostile toward the university’s leadership. Clearly, something has gone wrong and it's driving down morale and increasing turnover. Accepting an offer from GGU at this moment in time means you are also accepting a work environment that is somewhat toxic. Consider your ability to rise above it and persevere until, or if, the situation improves. Sustaining GGU in its current form will become impossible if it experiences one more year of enrollment decreases similar to the last two years. The Board of Trustees may have to decide between slashing programs and services that will include layoffs, moving into a smaller footprint and selling the existing campus to a developer, seek a buyer and be acquired, or close.

It is a great opportunity to land a job in the US and get some experience. The work is easy when you get the gist of it, and the team is great.

Cons

Work can be tedious and compensation isn't the best one.
