Pros
The people you work with are a team, a second family. Clean and organized work environment, they take pride in keeping the facility a safe healthy environment for your family to come eat. Managment cares about your well being, they recognize you are human, easy to communicate with about work/ life balance.
Cons
Little to none, other than pay. For the amount of work that goes into the restaurant from all team members, and the area they are located, working full time I feel should be at least $1 higher.
