Pros
I would have to say the best reasons for me as an individual would be Golden Corral has very good moral values....friendly enviroment...great atmosphere....great senior management that knows how to take a company to a higher level and offer many oppertunities to its workforce....I am proud to say I am an employee for Golden Corral and have been now for 14 years it was my first job and my only job. I started as a dishwasher and have succesfully moved my way up into mangement and I take pride in what I do everyday....I enjoy my job and knowing Ted Fowler on a personal level....Great Great place to eat and work!
Cons
The only down side that I would have to say would be they dont offer a retirement package to its employee's....and the everyday struggle to be profitable in today's economy.
