Pros
Capable of making a decent amount in tips, as long as the owner/manager does not schedule too many servers. Another plus is that they close early and there is time to have a life or to study (not both).
Cons
The uniforms are terrible and you WILL get a little teasing as you leave campus for work. I always took the uniform and changed in the restroom. Opening and closing are thankless jobs, but it is best to be a closer.
