Pros
Nice coworkers, become like family. 50% food discount but can pretty much eat for free most of the time.
Cons
Little training. Horrible management at the location mentioned. No room for growth. Once you show you're good in a position you're stuck there. Horrible pay compared to other restaurants in the area. Too much focus on labor instead of customer service. Wasteful with food at end of night.
