Pros
The pay was fair and the managers generally worked with me on scheduling. The food was well made and the building was clean. We were allowed a meal a day (dine-in, no taking food home) but we had to pay $3/week out of our paychecks (which isn't so bad.) The work itself was easy and they days went by fast enough.
Cons
The waitstaff were difficult to work with; very gossipy and catty. Management generally allowed any infighting as long as it didn't affect the customers. Pay was every other Thursday.
