      Allows quick learning and ability to take on new responsibilities. Inclusive work environment; large company with small company feel

      Cons

      have to adjust quickly; do not expect to have a lot of mentoring and guidance. It's not 'sink or swim', but you need to look out for yourself ASAP!

      Stable and one of the largest of its kind. Great benefits for all its workers This company looks out for your safety 24/7

      Cons

      Most of their sites are far from civilization The food quality in camps is not as good as other sites

      Pros

      Good benefits, decent pay, their Canadian mines seem more stable,

      Cons

      They seam to be abandoning their smaller mines along with the people who work at them, which contradicts one of the six pillars (the companies alleged core philosophy) they are selling all their US assets which means people are getting laid off
