Pros
1. The best CEO I’ve ever encountered. Strategic, strong values, cares about employees deeply. Takes time to get to know everyone, is inclusive and humble and shows appreciation. A visionary leader with a sharp mind. 2. Great compensation and benefits 3. Lots of opportunity to grow (*if you are well liked or have a good sponsor). Company offers lots of training and development 4. Strong values and attitude toward safety.
Cons
1. Unfortunately, many individuals in leadership positions are not in line with the values of the organization. Some departments have fantastic leaders but some are under poor leadership that often involves, exclusivity, bullying, favouritism. Most will say the right things but their actions and decisions do not match what they preach.
