      Good, smart and reliable work force, good chanel of comunication to the management, alwaiys looking to implement toptechnologies.

      Cons

      Safety in Mexico is quite low, a lot of drug cartels and Militar confrontations every day, the only safe place is in the mine site.

      Stable and one of the largest of its kind. Great benefits for all its workers This company looks out for your safety 24/7

      Most of their sites are far from civilization The food quality in camps is not as good as other sites

      Good benefits, decent pay, their Canadian mines seem more stable,

      Cons

      They seam to be abandoning their smaller mines along with the people who work at them, which contradicts one of the six pillars (the companies alleged core philosophy) they are selling all their US assets which means people are getting laid off
