      Pros

      There is a lot of room and capacity for people to grow in their positions, if a person demonstrates the ability to adapt to changing conditions and wants to develop it is all available. It is a company that values family and safety which is shown in their overall statement "Safe Enough for Our Families".

      Cons

      Location, location, location, they never seem to put mines in nice areas, so I would say the small towns are the biggest "Con". But if you're in for the short haul it is manageable.

      Stable and one of the largest of its kind. Great benefits for all its workers This company looks out for your safety 24/7

      Cons

      Most of their sites are far from civilization The food quality in camps is not as good as other sites

      Pros

      Good benefits, decent pay, their Canadian mines seem more stable,

      Cons

      They seam to be abandoning their smaller mines along with the people who work at them, which contradicts one of the six pillars (the companies alleged core philosophy) they are selling all their US assets which means people are getting laid off
