Limited parking reimbursement can cause day to day stress for employees. It may seem small, but covering parking up to $15.00 could improve employee quality of life by reducing daily parking garage hassles/struggles and help them feel more valued.

Had a really great team. Got to do several team building outings and holiday events. Plus the team genuinely cared about each other and would help each other when things got busy. Really well organized.

The salary was mediocre. I think our department head could have worked harder for us to get better salaries/benefits/promotions. She wasn't great.
