Casual dress code because all of Goldbug's employees are flat broke, near the airport because that's the cheapest side of town, ample parking because the turnover rate is similar to a Burger King and they're always understaffed, and the free lunch is always lazy King Soopers platters or Jimmy Johns usually out of guilt- senior management's mistakes are SO OBVIOUS and usually an inconvenience/time suck for everyone. The pay is garbage and honestly, disrespectful. This coupled with no benefits and only a catastrophic health care plan lets everyone know you don't value your employees one bit. You don't commit to us, so in turn, we don't commit to you. Everyone is looking and interviewing elsewhere. Don't kid yourselves: EVERYONE. Next, toxic work culture. If you aren't a cut throat backstabber or a complete pushover, you will not do well here. Everyone is miserable. You will be stuck using your required college degree and experienced doing mindless data entry. The kind of data entry that has been done by computers for 10+ years by now. This place is SO DISORGANIZED. There's a hundred different systems used to do the same thing, and more exceptions to rules than actual rules. You need a total overhaul to function properly with the "understaffed" issue. Lastly, this company has no concept of work/life balance. That phrase, along with "lunch break" are curse words at Goldbug. You're more likely to hear "you can't leave until this is done" than "have a good evening"
