I had a great Behavior Consult that guided me and supported me every step of the way. She helped me understand the behavior field and what position options there are to grow into at GoldStar. I have been really excited for my new career path with so many options of people to work with from developmental disabilities to mental health disorders! Had to move out of state but loved my family at GoldStar!

The benefit structure is a little hard to understand and communication between departments was hard to follow

Horrible management, awful communication, consistent over-working, and some higher staff clearly have their own mental health issues that are not being tended to. This workplace will crash and burn in a matter of years and I grieve for the clients who rely on these programs
