Pros
Working at GGI provides opportunity to network and meet high level people in the industry. Other than being a resume builder, it is simply trading time for money.
Cons
Control and consensus trump innovation and growth. Innovation is not tolerated well if it doesn't support the perceived (not communicated) status quo. Being health related, you would think the corporate environment was amenable to employees living a healthy lifestyle, it is not always the case.
