Pros
I was able, to an extent, to make my own schedule I worked with a, mostly, nice group of people.
Cons
No room for advancement. Was expected to perform 2 different job functions Manager and Fitness consultant and paid very poorly. Pretty much non-existent benefits even for full time employees.
