Pros
They hire anybody, especially if they are unqualified for the position, and they make sure to keep them (unless they work hard and do their job).
Cons
They expect exuberant amounts of work for piddly pay ($8-10 per hour), do not respect hard-working employees, and allow unproductive, incompetent employees to sabotage the hard-working employees' work in between bouts of Facebook and personal calls. They even allow blatant disrespect from other employees.
