Very nice office patient bosses.

Erratic changes in proceedure makes it hard to keep up.

Relaxed dress code, can wear jeans and sneakers.

Toxic internal culture. Constantly changing the rules and roles of staff. Owner does NOT want to be informed of anything then is suprised when there's a fire to be put out. Owner is mostly interested in becoming famous and going viral. Spams his customers. Expects support staff to anticipate his constantly changing wishes. Just badly managed in comparison to other offices. Favoritism for certain people but not others. No health or dental benefits.
