      1. Management treat you with great respect and dignity ! 2. They are flexible and considerable ! 3. They listen to you patiently and will help you as much as they can do !

      Cons

      Compensation is terrifically low as company is small and do not have much revenue as per management.

      Workplace freedom. Free health insurance. The overall experience was okay, i have worked in far better and far worse places.

      Cons

      Poor management, high turnover rate. Many unreal expectations are thrown in an already out of control fire.
