      Pros

      Gives education while working up to management. Come out a better, well-rounded person. People who bash it didn't understand the tremendous opportunity and didn't want to put in hard work to get to the end-goal! I can't see doing anything else after being a part of GSP.

      Cons

      Must be willing to work events outdoors in all kinds of weather, it's very worth it!

      Pros

      Working at GSP has been more than a job. GSP has taught me about character, leadership building, self-motivation, developing leadership skills and self discipline. I enjoy coming to work everyday and the working environment has always been very warm and friendly. I look at this job as my second home. If you are looking for an opportunity and a place you can grow, GSP can either be your stepping stone or the job where you really take off in your career.
