Pay can be decent I guess

Plumbing as a trade doesn’t seem to be valued here at all. I was a top revenue producer for this company for five years and was let go as a result of one customer interaction. Frankly it’s a large liability to work here and you are entirely expendable to these people. It’s basically a big game of roulette with what your going to get when you walk into the home of whatever customers they have left, and if anything at all goes wrong, they will not have your back, at all. Major liability. They make it a point to state that they are an “HVAC company” at every turn. I watched a great place to work slowly melt down into a dreary wasteland. They even took the flashes from the iPads, and the colors from the logos on the shirts. There are zero parts runners for plumbers and they stock zero plumbing parts in their shop. Pay can be decent I guess, but hey, you’re going to be doing the job of ten people, and remember, you are as expendable here as can be. Ponzi scheme.
