Pros
People in the executive offices are professional and friendly. Made it easy to join the team as a new member.
Cons
The company does not have a clear structure to those that are not within the company and so there a lot of individuals who are confused as to who a complaint or issue goes to. After being partially bought out by Diamond Resorts, the time share owners are very confused as to who owns their property causing a lot of issues.
