      The hotel was beautiful, and the artwork throughout was as well. The Management company is good to work for. They make sure their employees have all the tools needed to do the job

      Cons

      Inner politics makes it tough to work here for longer then 2-3 years. If you make it beyond that, youre in good shape

      Pros

      20% Hotel discount on Marriott brand hotels.

      Cons

      healthcare after (a year) although available is not great, out of pocket cost (not co-pay) for preventative care could be half of the cost of the bill. Annual raises are a joke. the difference in your paycheck is like .25cents a check.
