Most of the employees below the c-suite are competent and enjoyable to work with.
Cons
Laurie Holcomb (CEO) and Mark Russ (CRO) are incompetent and trying to rearrange the chairs on the titanic. Laurie is cutting this thing to the bone; while cost-cutting is unfortunately needed, she’s taking an axe to all the wrong areas. Mark is clueless, chaotic, and clearly in the wrong role.
