Terrible - Server Gold Club Employee Review

The money was great, I made about 80k a year as a cocktail server working 35 hours a week. Customers were decently respectful and shifts are short 5-7 hours.

Unhealthy environment. One manager in particular was extremely verbally abusive, sexually harassed employees, and micromanaged which was my biggest problem with working there. Wouldn’t let you go home sick (wouldn’t fly now due to covid but they aren’t even open).

Best reasons to work there, clientele are often great and usually fun, the security have your back if anything goes wrong, you can make a lot of money in tips, you can make your own schedule and only work a few nights a week, dancing is great exercise, valet parking.
