I could write a book about this place. DO NOT LOWER YOUR SELF WORTH COMING TO WORK HERE. 1.) The 5 star reviews on here are majority fake or created by upper management. Do not fall for it. 2.) They will screw you over on commission. Base pay is LOW for the amount of work they are actually asking you to do. 3.) Management forces you to play their little games or be supper buddy buddy with them. If you don't, they become very defensive and want you gone. 4.) Unrealistic goals that even if you achieve them...they will certainly make sure that never happens again so you can't get commission. 5.) They have billboards around the city offering a sign on bonus....don't be fooled. You're signing your life away to the devil for what....$2,000? 6.) Personally watched management treat production worker like CRAP. They act like they care when walking around and showing off the warehouse to clients. But it's really fake. They walk around the place like movie stars while lying about how much they actually pay their workers to look better in the industry eyes.
