      1. Good engineering practices (probably inherited from google) 2. Free lunch

      Cons

      1. Long working hours - its a huge negative if you dont put in atleast 12 hrs a day of working/ being available 2. Leads not competent enough 3. Strong groupism exists 4. Leads dont care about employees career growth - only chasing tasks
