Toxic leaders in certain verticals been in the system long enough to manipulate everyone, target certain employees, throw them under the bus to hide in correct decision making and get away. HR can be useless in such situations not even bothering to take an exit interview for long serving employees, lack of scope for an employee to innovate and execute new ideas.
