nothing much actually i love my experience there

Co-workers were great. We tried to uplift each other despite the straining work conditions.

Two class system: Local employees don't receive the same advancement, pay and career options then sent employees. Management is German, has no idea about US work regulations. Management overall seems to lack in all managerial skills besides delegating work and are in need of extensive managerial training.
