Management WILL gossip about you and every other employee. HR will do absolutely nothing to address any concerns you may have. When you hear them say "we will investigate" time to pull up the boots, the BS is coming. Whan applying, they will absolutely low ball any hourly/salary requests you my ask for. Sexual misconduct/ racial bias by Management has been reported to HR employees accused with evidence extremely minimal action taken.
