Pros

I've been fortunate to be part of this incredible company for some time now, and I can confidently say it's a workplace like no other. Our company's ethics and values are not just words on a page; they're lived out every day in the way we conduct business and treat each other, customers and employees alike. Fair compensation and acknowledgement are not just perks here; it's a reflection of the respect our company has for its employees. Our management team is second to none, providing strategies, guidance and support while truly valuing the input of every team member. But what truly sets Godlan apart is our unwavering devotion to both our employees and customers. We understand that our success hinges on their satisfaction and loyalty, which is why we go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service and solutions. And as we celebrate nearly four decades of continuous growth and success, it's evident that our dedication to these principles has been the cornerstone of our achievements.

Cons

For most employees, the day to day interaction with each other is remote. There are two regional offices however the nature of the business requires a solitary and remote workplace.
