      Pros

      great people, good location, the company seems to take care of its employees. The top leadership seems to work hard to make the company successful.

      Cons

      Middle management could be more ethical in their dealings. There seems to be a disconnect between what HR says the staff should be and what HR does themselfs.

      The people who work here are great! Everyone, from the owners to management to the front and back of house, is very nice and willing to help out.

      Some shifts are long but you get used to it.
