CEO is shady and works employees 80 hours a week - User Experience Designer Goally Employee Review

I do not recommend anyone coming here who is looking for work life balance. You will be tricked and forced into working 80 hours a week, regardless of quality of work. The CEO has deep rooted issues with boundaries, and routinely sacrifices team members in shameful ways. He is overly dominating and very cut throat. I witnessed multiple unjustified firings, and a need to take credit for things he didn’t do. Other employees at this organization will report being severely overworked and undervalued. Approach this organization with caution.
